Slaughter to Release 'Fear No Evil' in Vinyl Boxset and 2 LP Version This Fall

After re-pressing their debut album, 'Stick In To Ya' last year, they're set to re-release their third album in both a deluxe vinyl box set and a 2LP version. Originally released in 1995, 'Fear No Evil' came out at a time when any band that fell into the "hair metal" genre was struggling to re-define their sound and image. Personally, I think this resulted in a ton of under-appreciated gems during this era, including Skid Row's 'Subhuman Race,' Motley Crue's self-titled album (featuring John Corabi on vocals) and Slaughter's 'Fear No Evil' to name just a few.

Given that most of the music from the mid-90's costs hundreds of dollars to acquire on vinyl today, it's exciting to see this release coming out so soon. (Note: This will be the first vinyl release for this album). What's especially nice for the audiophiles out there, is that these albums are mastered at 45RPM for the absolute best possible sound.

I hope this is a sign of things to come from similar 90's release. Mostly, I'm wondering why they seem to have skipped 1992's 'The Wild Life?'
