Alestorm - No Grave But the Sea

Alestorm are back, and they've got another full album of action packed pirate-themed heavy metal to kick off your summer!

No Grave But the Sea was released on Napalm Records on May 26th, and the crew have delivered the goods once again. This time around, we're seeing the band refine their sound, yet still keeping an unmistakably swashbuckling vibe to their songs throughout the entire album.

The album kicks off with title-track "No Grave But the Sea," a face past beer chugger (or fist pumper). Next up is "Mexico," a track that is laden with lyrics reminiscent of a drunken good time such as "Yo! Ho! Mexico! Far to the south where the cactus grow, Tequila and a donkey show!"

The fun continues throughout the album on tracks such as the self-titled "Alestorm" and the album closer, "Treasure Island." While Alestorm have hardly re-invented themselves on this album, that's precisely the reason their fans will continue to come back for more. Grab a pint of your favorite beer or a bottle of ale and enjoy! Once again, Alestorm lets us cut loose in a world of fantastic debauchery.
